Our full management service is where we relieve you of the burdens of letting.
At your initial meeting with our Head of Management, you will be asked for many details. All these, and more, will be meticulously recorded. We will then handle all routing and emergency repairs within our agreed financial limits.

KEY HOLDING SERVICE
We also provide a key holding service for Owners who do not wish to let but do wish to have their property managed and maintained during their absence from Spain. Our fee for this service is €500 per annum.
